Head coach David Quinn at Chemistry Training, Newcastle

David Quinn

Founder · Head Coach

His CrossFit journey began when he was looking to improve his fitness during his first grade Rugby Union career. After Rugby started to compete with his CrossFit habit, David opened his first CrossFit Affiliate at the local Rugby club, where he enjoyed coaching people of all ability levels as well as assisting with the club’s strength and conditioning program.

Since then, David has been lucky enough to coach and be coached in many CrossFit gyms and explore other fitness disciplines to quench his insatiable thirst for knowledge and teaching. Still thirsty, David brings his passion for making CrossFit and fitness accessible to everyone to Chemistry Training.
