Information we collect
When you contact us. Our enquiry form asks for your first name, last name, phone number, email address and your message. We only ask for what we need to reply to you.
When you book a class or a free intro. Class booking is handled through Wodify, our timetable and membership platform. Any details you enter there are held by Wodify on our behalf.
When you browse the site. We collect standard analytics data such as the pages you visit, roughly where you are in the world, and what type of device you use. This is not used to identify you personally.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, to arrange your free intro or class booking, to manage your membership, and to understand which parts of our website are useful so we can improve them. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of third party services to run the gym and this website. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job.
- Google Analytics for website analytics.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel for measuring and improving our advertising.
- Google Maps to show our location on the contact page.
- Wodify for class timetabling, bookings and memberships.
- Make and GoHighLevel to route enquiries to our team and keep track of them so nothing gets missed.
These services may store data outside Australia. We choose established providers, but we do not control their own privacy practices, so their policies apply to the data they hold.
Cookies
This site uses cookies for analytics and advertising measurement, and to keep the site fast. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to respond and to keep a reasonable business record. Membership records are kept for as long as you are a member and for a period afterwards as required for tax and business purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@chemistrytraining.com.au and we will handle it. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in that email.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and change the date at the top.
